Adding your contact email as a reference to your customers is key to reach you and send suggestions, reviews, or complaints.
Add Contact Details to Your Online Store
Follow the below steps:
- From your dashboard, click on “Store Configurations”.
- Click on “Store Settings“.
- Then, click on “Branches“.
As shown in the below picture.
- Then, click on “+Create“
- Add in the contact details, including “Email“, “Phone“, “Address“
- You can add your branch “Longitude“, “Latitude“
- Then, scroll down and click on “+Click” to save.
A confirmation message will show up at the top of the page as demonstrated below.
